We are BACK at the track for 2 sessions a week starting next! 🔥

Due to popular demand we will now have two GTC running track sessions on the timetable:

➡️Monday 6:50-8:00pm

➡️Saturday 8:00-9:00am

Our Saturday session will have options for an endurance focused set and a technique focused set

We are making a couple of exciting changes to our GTC winter timetable! Staring next week, see below🥳

➡️We are introducing a second athletics track RUN session at Willinda Park, Saturday mornings 8-9am, with longer efforts for building endurance with coach Chris. There will be options to complete an endurance set or a technique set💪🏻

➡️Thursday morning run will no longer be on the timetable but remains an option for those who want a social run✔️
�
➡️Thursday night RIDE is upgrading to RIDE/RUN/HIIT Training with coach Oli 🔥

We have another two RIDE masterclasses coming up in the months ahead with coach Dave in new locations!🙌🏻

F U L L IRONMAN 🔥🔥 We couldn’t be more pro

F U L L IRONMAN 🔥🔥 We couldn’t be more proud of our GTC champion Nathan Mcmennemin for completing his first full Ironman at Cairns last weekend!

Nath conquered:
3.8km swim, 180km ride and 42.2km run ✔️

He came storming home on the finish line at 9:30pm with our GTC family cheering him on 🥳

Nath has trained with GTC since 2018, and we have had the pleasure of watching him progress and grow as an athlete over the past few years.

We are so proud of him and we can’t wait to see what the future holds for this legend 👑

Way to go Nath!!!!

Huge congratulations to our engaged GTC members, Russell and Clare💍 ❤️

Yesterday at Ironman Cairns, our GTC member Russell got down on one knee at the Ironman 70.3 finish line to propose to his partner Clare, after they had completed the race together as a team ❤️ and of course she said YES!

They have been together for 6 years and we couldn’t be more excited for them!! 🥰

Also congratulations on their PB Ironman result 🥳
