Proudest Personal Achievement: 2017 was a wonderful year for me when it comes to endurance sport. My proudest personal achievement was completing my first ironman 70.3 in Port Macquarie. A close second to this was completing a 160km cycle race & The Melbourne Marathon (42.2kms) in the same week. Outweighing all of these personal achievements was proudly watching our members achieve their own goals in our first year as a club!
Favourite part of a triathlon: Apart from the finish line (everyone’s favorite), I absolutely love transitioning. It’s so technical and there are so many ways to save time! My favorite is T2 because you can be really fast!
